Good to know
Parking, the boat launch, community amenities, and how 26 people actually sleep. Anything else, message us through the listing.
Parking is free on the premises, in the driveway at the house — no permits or paid lots. There's room for several vehicles, and boat trailers are usually fine, but message the host with your exact vehicle and trailer count before you arrive so they can confirm the spots for your group.
The public boat launch is less than half a mile away and State Park Marina is about half a mile from the house, so you can be on Table Rock Lake within minutes. Launch fees, ramp hours, and boat or pontoon rentals are handled by the marina and the park, not the house.
Guests share the Branson Cove community amenities: a heated indoor saltwater pool with a water slide, an outdoor resort pool, pickleball courts, fire pits, and walking trails down toward the water. Hours are set by the community and can change seasonally — current hours and any access codes come with your check-in instructions. The hot tub on the covered deck is private to the house and yours anytime.
The house sleeps up to 26 across 7 bedrooms and 13 beds, including bunk rooms for the kids and multiple queen and king rooms for the adults — easy to split between two or three families. Message the host if you want the exact bed-by-bed breakdown before booking.
There are 6.5 bathrooms spread across the house, so bedrooms and bunk rooms aren't all sharing one hallway bath. Morning traffic stays manageable even with a full house.
Yes — check-in is self check-in with a keypad, so there's no key handoff and no one to meet. Carloads arriving hours apart can all let themselves in.
